Now I started designing footboard inserts (floorboard inserts) used until 1990 Harley-Davidsons.
They are equivalent to Harley-Davidson genuine parts No.50614-66.
Not only Harley-Davidson FL models but also some FXR models like FXRD and FXRP have footboards.
I’m planning on using 1.0mm thickness brass plate as a material which is same material of brass fish scale tank dash cover for FXR.
Although the part of their design follows FXR fish scale tank dash cover, I contrive ways not to make someone feel of strangeness.
Brass Footboard Inserts for Harley-Davidson wil become available around late July 2018.
